8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 scallions, diced

3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

12 ounces fully cooked salad shrimp

Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and lightly coat a 9-inch cast iron skillet (or baking dish) with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, diced scallions, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
