Description

This creamy and flavorful Shrimp Butter is a seafood loverโ€™s dream! Made with butter, cream cheese, shrimp, and a hint of lemon and dill, itโ€™s perfect as a spread for crackers, toast, or crostini. A great make-ahead appetizer for gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 6 oz salad shrimp, patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon minced white onion
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix Base:

    • In a medium bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Combine Ingredients:

    • Stir in mayo, shrimp, minced onion, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

    • Transfer mixture to a serving dish and cover.
