Ingredients
For the Wings:
-
4 lbs chicken wings (about 30 wings), separated if still attached
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tsp garlic powder
-
2 tsp paprika
-
1.5 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp cayenne
For the Hot Honey Sauce:
-
1/2 cup Mike’s hot honey
-
1/4 cup butter, melted
-
1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot
Instructions
-
Oven-Baked Method:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Toss the wings with olive oil and seasonings. Spread the wings evenly on a large baking sheet, ensuring they have plenty of room.
Bake for 45 minutes, then flip the wings and broil for 5-6 minutes until crispy to your liking.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add Frank’s Red Hot and hot honey, whisk until combined. Let the sauce bubble for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Once the wings are done, drain excess fat and toss them with the sauce. Serve and enjoy! -
Air Fryer Method:
Spray the air fryer basket with oil and cook the wings at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. -
Grilling Method:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the wings for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
