Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breast, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Place skewers on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Let rest briefly.
- Serve warm.
