Description

Colorful and flavorful sheet pan kebabs with juicy chicken and roasted vegetables, perfect for an easy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. Thread onto skewers.
  4. Place skewers on a sheet pan.
  5. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. Let rest briefly.
  7. Serve warm.
