  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs with melted butter.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth.
    • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Create the Swirl:
    • Divide the filling into two bowls. Leave one bowl white, and add green food coloring to the other bowl. Stir until the desired shade is reached.
  • Assemble the Pie:
    • Alternate spoonfuls of green and white filling into the prepared crust.
    • Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
  • Chill and Garnish:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
