- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully combined.
- Create the Swirl:
- Divide the filling into two bowls. Leave one bowl white, and add green food coloring to the other bowl. Stir until the desired shade is reached.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Alternate spoonfuls of green and white filling into the prepared crust.
- Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
- Chill and Garnish:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with mini chocolate chips, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles, if desired.
