- 12 oz cooked sausage, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and brush caps with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheese, onion, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
- Garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve warm.
