Description

Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescents are the ultimate 3-ingredient appetizer or breakfast bite! Made with savory breakfast sausage, creamy cheese, and flaky crescent rolls, these are always a hit at parties and potlucks. Quick, easy, and totally addictive.


Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบF.
  2. Mix cooked sausage and softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Separate crescent rolls into triangles and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop, place a portion of the sausage mixture onto each triangle and roll up.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can prepare the sausage and cream cheese filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Great served warm, but still delicious at room temperature.
  • Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
