- 1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยบF.
- Mix cooked sausage and softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Separate crescent rolls into triangles and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.
- Using a small cookie scoop, place a portion of the sausage mixture onto each triangle and roll up.
- Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can prepare the sausage and cream cheese filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Great served warm, but still delicious at room temperature.
- Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
