Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pizzas are a savory and satisfying morning treat. English muffin halves are topped with scrambled eggs, seasoned sausage, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of red pepper for a fun and filling breakfast.

			- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
 - 4 eggs
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 - Pinch of cayenne pepper
 - 6 English muffins, separated
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it up as it cooks until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
 - In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture and scramble over medium heat until just set, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
 - Place the English muffin halves on the prepared baking sheet. Top each half with a generous spoonful of cooked sausage, followed by scrambled eggs.
 - Sprinkle each pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced red pepper.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy these delicious breakfast pizzas!
 
Notes
- If you prefer, you can use turkey sausage or another type of breakfast meat.
 - Feel free to add extra toppings like sautéed onions, spinach, or other veggies for variation.
 - To make these ahead of time, prepare the pizzas up to step 6, refrigerate, and then bake them when you’re ready to eat.
