Description

A crispy and golden Saucy Nugget Platter with Heluva Good, served with creamy dip, barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and spicy sauce. Perfect for sharing, game nights, or casual gatherings.

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Heluva Good dip
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
  • 1/2 cup spicy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it reaches about 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place beaten eggs in a second bowl and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  5. Carefully place breaded chicken pieces into the hot oil without overcrowding the pan.
  6. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
  7. Transfer cooked nuggets to a wire rack to rest and maintain crispness.
  8. Arrange nuggets on a large platter and serve with Heluva Good dip, barbecue sauce, honey mustard sauce, and spicy sauce.
