- Soda water (club soda or sparkling water)

- Mint sprig for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the Mint and Lime:
- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- Add the Sake:
- Pour the sake over the muddled ingredients.
- Fill with Ice and Soda:
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water to your desired level. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
