Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 oz (120 ml) beer (light lager or Japanese beer like Asahi or Sapporo)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sake

Instructions

  1. Fill a small glass or mug halfway with beer.
  2. Pour the sake into a shot glass.
  3. Carefully balance the shot glass on two chopsticks placed over the rim of the beer glass.
