Description

Ingredients

(Makes about 5 dozen sausage balls)

  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Set oven to 400ยบF (200ยบC).

    • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the Sausage Mixture:

    • In a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and shredded cheese.
