Description

Roast Beef Cheddar Rolls are savory, cheesy rolls filled with tender roast beef and sharp cheddar, baked to golden perfection. The flavorful butter-garlic topping adds a delicious finishing touch, making them perfect for sandwiches, appetizers, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust Classic (13.8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 8-10 slices roast beef, thin from deli
  • 8-10 slices cheddar cheese, thin from deli
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and black pepper to make a spread.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer roast beef and cheddar cheese slices over the spread.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1–2 inch rolls.
  7. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use thinly sliced deli meat and cheese for easier rolling.
  • Can substitute mayonnaise mixture with your favorite sandwich spread.
  • These rolls can be served as a main dish or cut smaller for appetizers.
