- 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust Classic (13.8 oz)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 8-10 slices roast beef, thin from deli
- 8-10 slices cheddar cheese, thin from deli
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and black pepper to make a spread.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the dough.
- Layer roast beef and cheddar cheese slices over the spread.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1–2 inch rolls.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.

- Use thinly sliced deli meat and cheese for easier rolling.
- Can substitute mayonnaise mixture with your favorite sandwich spread.
