  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 cup roasted corn, cooked and cooled

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling

Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 12 strawberries, sliced in half (24 total)
  • 8 oz chopped chocolate or almond bark, melted

Instructions

Jalapeño Popper Topper:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese blend until combined.
  3. Spread a dollop of the mixture onto each cracker.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Top each cracker with a jalapeño slice and serve.

Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn Bites:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese and cilantro until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto each cracker and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine corn and tomatoes, then top each cracker with the mixture.
