Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form bite-sized balls of the ricotta mixture and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the bites in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, roll each bite in the chopped pistachios to coat.
- Drizzle honey over the top and garnish with crushed rose petals or orange zest if desired.
