- 1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 3-1/2 cups pasta sauce
- 2 cups small-curd 4% cottage cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until just tender; drain.
- Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the cooked ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the cottage cheese over the ravioli, then sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella.
- Pour half of the remaining pasta sauce over the cheese layer.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and sauce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with minced fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
