- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or whole milk)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons prepared marinara
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 pepperoni slices
- 2 cups loosely packed chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate to chill and let flavors meld.
- Warm a skillet over medium heat and heat the tortilla until soft and pliable.
- Spread marinara sauce in the center of the tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Heat just until cheese melts—either in the skillet or microwave for 20–30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and add romaine lettuce and a generous spoonful of ranch dressing.
- Fold in sides and roll up tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
