Description

This Ranch Pizza Wrap is packed with melted mozzarella, marinara, pepperoni, crisp romaine, and a homemade herb-loaded ranch dressing all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. It’s the perfect quick meal that delivers creamy, cheesy, and zesty pizza flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (or whole milk)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon picked fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons prepared marinara
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups loosely packed chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate to chill and let flavors meld.
  2. Warm a skillet over medium heat and heat the tortilla until soft and pliable.
  3. Spread marinara sauce in the center of the tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni on top.
  4. Heat just until cheese melts—either in the skillet or microwave for 20–30 seconds.
  5. Remove from heat and add romaine lettuce and a generous spoonful of ranch dressing.
  6. Fold in sides and roll up tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas roll easier without tearing.
  • Add lettuce after heating to preserve its crunch.
