- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix until smooth.
- Combine:
- Pour the cream mixture into the skillet with the chicken and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add Pasta:
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Finish and Serve:
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
