- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or square cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.

- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
