- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 8โ10 slices brioche, French, or challah bread (1-inch thick)

Instructions
- In a large bowl or shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
- Dip two slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated bread in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining bread, adding more butter as needed.
