  • 8โ€“10 slices brioche, French, or challah bread (1-inch thick)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

  • Dip two slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
