Description

Pull Apart Pizza Monkey Bread is the ultimate party appetizer or fun family dinner—fluffy biscuit and pizza dough chunks are tossed in garlic-herb butter, loaded with melty cheese and pepperoni, and baked to golden, gooey perfection.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried onion bits
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 1 can pizza dough
  • 5 oz mini pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Microwave for 30 seconds to infuse flavors.
  3. Cut biscuit and pizza dough into 1-inch pieces. Toss dough pieces in the butter mixture until well coated.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and mini pepperoni to the dough mixture and gently toss to combine.
  5. Layer half of the dough mixture into the prepared Bundt pan. Spoon in half of the marinara sauce. Repeat with remaining dough and sauce.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm with extra marinara if desired.

Notes

  • Use all pizza dough or all biscuit dough if preferred.
  • Add chopped bell peppers or olives for extra flavor.
  • Great for freezing and reheating in the oven.
  • Serve with ranch or garlic dipping sauce for variety.
