- 4 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1.5 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup pomegranate arils, divided
Instructions
- Mash the Avocados
- In a large bowl, add the avocados and mash them to your desired consistency.
- Mix Ingredients
- Stir in the red onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic powder, cumin, and sea salt.
- Add ⅔ cup of the pomegranate arils and mix well.
- Garnish & Serve
- Top with the reserved ⅓ cup of pomegranate arils and extra cilantro if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies!
