  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

  • 2/3 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, diced jalapeños, bacon crumbles, and garlic powder until smooth and evenly mixed.
  3. Scoop a small amount of the filling into each Tostitos chip, arranging them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each filled chip.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tops are lightly golden.
