  • 4 lbs Top Sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 lbs Spicy Ground Sausage
  • 1 lb Pepperoni, sliced
  • 12โ€“16 Mozzarella Slices
  • 1.5 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic seasoning)
  • Frozen Fries
  • Frying Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sirloin: Slice the sirloin thin and pound the slices until they are about โ…›โ€ thick.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Lay out a base layer of steak (about 2.5 feet long and 1 foot wide). Spread a base layer of pizza sauce over it. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, parsley, and garlic. Add sausage, followed by more pepperoni, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and steak. Wrap the layered ingredients in foil and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour (ideally 4 hours) to firm up.
  3. Preheat and Prepare the Skewers: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 325ยฐF). Remove the meat from the freezer and slice into 2ร—2โ€ cubes. Skewer the cubes onto small skewers and season with SPG or your favorite beef rub.
  4. Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (for the sausage). Remove from the grill and let rest.
