These crispy, cheesy Pizza Rolls – Totino’s Copycat bring all the nostalgic flavor of your favorite snack right to your kitchen. Filled with melty mozzarella, pizza sauce, herbs, and turkey pepperoni, they fry up golden and irresistible in minutes.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped turkey pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 25 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella, pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, red pepper flakes, oregano, parmesan, basil, and parsley. Mix well to form the filling.
- Lay a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center. Brush the edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling, keeping them covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry rolls in small batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with extra parmesan and herbs while still warm.
- Serve hot with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Seal edges well to prevent filling leaks.
- Do not overcrowd the frying pan.
- For a lighter version, bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or air-fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes.
- Freeze uncooked rolls and fry straight from frozen when ready.
