- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then layer pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking tray with space between each.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter after baking for shine.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
