Description

These Pizza Rolls are golden, cheesy, bite-sized delights perfect for a mini pizza party. Made with pizza dough, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning, they’re quick, fun, and great for sharing with family or friends.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then layer pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Arrange the rolls on the baking tray with space between each.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter after baking for shine.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
