Description
Pizza Ring is a fun, pull-apart pizza made with pizza dough wrapped around layers of pepperoni, Canadian bacon, cheese, and vegetables, baked to golden perfection and served with pizza sauce.

- 1 loaf (16 ounces) frozen pizza dough
- 1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce, plus extra for serving
- 8 slices pepperoni, sandwich-sized
- 8 slices Canadian bacon
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/2 small green pepper, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.
- Layer pepperoni, Canadian bacon, mozzarella, and American cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle diced green pepper and red onion on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log and pinch the seams to seal. Form into a ring shape on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the ring with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
