Description

This Easy Pizza Pull-Apart Bread is the perfect appetizer or snack! Made with flaky biscuits, pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning, itโ€™s the ultimate comfort food thatโ€™s sure to impress. Serve with pizza sauce for a fun, crowd-pleasing dish!


Ingredients

  • 12-ounce tube refrigerated flaky biscuits

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or melted butter)

  • 16 slices pepperoni, quartered

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Pizza sauce for dipping


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Prepare biscuits: Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place them in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and set aside.

  • Make filling: In a separate bowl, combine the quartered pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt. Mix well.

  • Combine biscuits and filling: Add the biscuit pieces to the filling mixture and toss well to coat.

  • Assemble bread: Arrange the biscuit mixture in the prepared Bundt pan.

  • Bake: Bake on the middle rack at 400ยฐF for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
