Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 26 oz bag frozen French fries, any cut
  • 8 oz shredded pizza-blend cheese
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce, warmed (plus more for dipping)
  • 2 oz pepperoni, cut into quarters

Instructions

  1. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Bake frozen fries according to package instructions. For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick-sprayed foil.
  3. Once the fries are baked, sprinkle with the fry seasoning (adjust to taste) and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Pile the fries in the center of the baking sheet. Sprinkle with half the shredded cheese.
  5. Spoon dollops of warmed pizza sauce over the fries and top with half the pepperoni.
  6. Add the remaining cheese and pepperoni.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  8. Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • If youโ€™re not a fan of pepperoni, you can substitute it with other pizza toppings like sausage, mushrooms, or olives.
  • For a crispier result, bake the fries a few extra minutes before adding the toppings.
