Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese), grated (for topping)
  • 2 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 tbsp green pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ยฝ cup mozzarella, and ยผ cup Parmesan until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of a pie dish.
  4. Pour the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with pepperoni, green pepper, and black olives.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.

Slow Cooker Method:

  • Layer ingredients the same way in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 2-4 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
