- 1 pound pizza dough, room temperature
- 1 cup sliced turkey, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced salami, thinly sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup fresh lettuce, chopped
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12 by 8 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer sliced turkey and salami evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add provolone slices on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges gently. Brush the top with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and add fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion before serving.
