Pizza Burritos are a crispy, cheesy fusion of pepperoni pizza and burritos. Filled with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni, then pan-fried to perfection, they’re a fast and fun meal that everyone will love.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for pan-frying)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread 2–3 tablespoons of marinara sauce in the center.
- Add shredded mozzarella, 5 slices of pepperoni, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan, and fresh herbs if using.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape.
- Lightly grease the skillet with olive oil or butter and place burritos seam-side down.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving with extra marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Warm tortillas before filling to prevent tearing.
- Use a lid while pan-frying to help melt the cheese faster.
- Add sautéed vegetables or use meatless pepperoni for a vegetarian version.
- Can be baked at 400°F for 10–12 minutes instead of pan-frying.
