- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
