- 1 lb shaved ribeye steak
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large white or yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup banana pepper rings, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz American cheese, chopped
- 8 oz provolone cheese, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Grease an 8ร8 baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Cream Base: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook Steak: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, breaking it into bits. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Sautรฉ Veggies: In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-low heat. Sautรฉ onions for 10 minutes until caramelized. Add green peppers and cook 5 more minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Combine: Fold the sautรฉed veggies, banana peppers, salt, and pepper into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in half of the cheeses.

- Bake: Spread mixture into the prepared dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 30 minutes. For a golden crust, broil for 2-3 minutes.
Notes
- Swap ribeye for ground beef or thinly sliced chicken for a twist.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the mix.
