  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large white or yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup banana pepper rings, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz American cheese, chopped
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

ย

  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Cream Base: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.
  • Cook Steak: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, breaking it into bits. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
