These Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wraps are inspired by the viral sandwich sensation! Easy to make and incredibly delicious, this combination of pizza and Caesar salad in a wrap is sure to become a favorite for lunch or a snack.

- 2 large tortillas
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Place the two flour tortillas on a baking sheet, evenly spaced apart.
- Evenly spread marinara sauce over the center of both tortillas in a thin layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni slices.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler on the bottom rack of the oven. Let the pizza cook for a few minutes until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- While the pizzas cook, assemble the Caesar salad. Add the ingredients to a large bowl and toss. If using fresh lemon, add the juice from half of the lemon to brighten up the bagged Caesar salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop half of the Caesar salad onto each tortilla pizza. Carefully roll up each tortilla to create a wrap.
