Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the vanilla wafer cookies and spread half in the bottom of a 9ร—13-inch dish to form the first layer.

  5. Pour the pecan mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining crushed vanilla wafers.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
