    • Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl it in.
  • Layer the Cake Mix & Butter:

    • Evenly sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix over the pudding layer.
    • Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much surface as possible.
  • Add the Toppings:

    • Sprinkle mini peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts on top.
  • Bake Until Gooey & Delicious:

    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and the top is mostly set.

  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

  • For an extra gooey cake, swirl in an additional ¼ cup peanut butter before baking.
  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Boost peanut butter flavor by adding ½ teaspoon peanut butter extract to the pudding.
  • Swap in dark chocolate chips or chocolate peanut butter cups for more chocolate intensity.

  • Try different cake mixes like devil’s food, brownie mix, or peanut butter cake mix.
