Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan or silicone mold, spreading evenly.
- In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips using the microwave or a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, then swirl together using a toothpick or knife for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top, if desired.
- Place the fudge in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until firm.
