Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peach Puree: Wash and peel the peaches, remove pits, and chop into small pieces. Blend or mash until smooth to form a fresh peach puree that will be the base flavor.
  2. Juice the Lemons: Squeeze the fresh lemons to obtain about half a cup of lemon juice. Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp for a smooth drink.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the peach puree, lemon juice, sweetener of your choice, and cold water. Stir thoroughly until the sweetener dissolves fully and flavors blend.
  4. Chill and Serve: Add plenty of ice cubes for a refreshing experience. If desired, add sparkling water just before serving for a fizzy touch. Garnish with peach wedges, lemon slices, or fresh mint leaves and enjoy.
