Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Potatoes are crispy, golden baby Yukon Gold potatoes coated with melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic-herb seasoning. They make a flavorful and easy side dish that pairs perfectly with any main course.

- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 (24-ounce) package Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved
- ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt butter and spread it evenly over the bottom of a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic and herb seasoning, and kosher salt evenly over the butter layer.
- Place the halved potatoes cut side down onto the cheese mixture, pressing them lightly.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender inside and golden crispy on the bottom.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let the potatoes rest in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
- Try adding smoked paprika or chili flakes for a spicier flavor.
- Pairs well with chicken, steak, or roasted vegetables.
- Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
