Description

A creamy and refreshing Papaya Milk made with ripe papaya, chilled milk, and a touch of sweetness, blended into a smooth tropical drink that feels light yet satisfying.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, chilled
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the refrigerator for a few minutes if desired.
  2. Add cubed ripe papaya, chilled whole milk, granulated sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Secure the blender lid tightly.
  4. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Continue blending for an additional 10 to 15 seconds to ensure a silky texture.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fully ripe papaya for the best natural sweetness.
  • Reduce sugar if the fruit is very sweet.
  • For a thicker texture, use frozen papaya instead of ice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours and stirred before serving.
