- 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise, divided

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice, divided, plus wedges for garnish
- 1/2 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds

- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Sprinkle salmon pieces evenly with ยฝ teaspoon salt.
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together granulated garlic, ยผ cup mayonnaise, 1 ยฝ teaspoons sesame oil, 1 ยฝ teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lime juice, and the remaining ยฝ teaspoon salt. Add salmon and toss gently to coat.
- Coat with crust: In a shallow bowl, mix panko, sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Dredge salmon pieces in the panko mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Air-fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place half of the salmon in the basket, ensuring they are at least 1 inch apart. Cook at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 5 minutes, or until golden and an instant-read thermometer reads 125ยฐF (52ยฐC). Repeat with remaining salmon.
- Prepare the sauce: While the salmon cooks, mix chili garlic sauce, honey, remaining ยผ cup mayonnaise, 1 ยฝ teaspoons soy sauce, ยฝ teaspoon sesame oil, and ยฝ teaspoon lime juice in a small bowl.
- Serve: Drizzle the chili garlic sauce over the cooked salmon bites and serve with lime wedges.

- For an oven alternative, bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
