- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 16โ20 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1โ2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix feta, dill, and garlic. Set aside.
- Place one phyllo sheet on a clean surface and fold it in half crosswise. Lightly brush edges with olive oil.
- Spoon about 1 tbsp of the feta mixture onto the short end of the phyllo. Roll tightly, folding in the sides like a burrito. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat for 12-16 rolls.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While baking, melt butter with 1 tbsp olive oil, chili flakes, and cumin seeds in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in honey and remove from heat.

- Serve warm rolls with the chili honey drizzled on top or as a dip. Enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, layer two phyllo sheets per roll.
- Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
