- 1 large round crusty bread loaf
- 8 ounces brie cheese wheel
- 1/3 cup dark fruit jam
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving sturdy sides and bottom.
- Place the brie cheese wheel into the hollowed bread bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the dark fruit jam with chopped pistachios and rosemary.
- Spoon the jam mixture evenly over the brie.
- Place the bread bowl on a baking dish and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pomegranate arils if using.
