- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 3 cups (24 oz) chicken broth
- 8 oz cavatappi pasta
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it browns for 6-8 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain excess grease and set the beef aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat evenly.
- Pour in the chicken broth, add the pasta, and ensure it is fully submerged in the liquid. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
