Description

Soft and fluffy donuts filled with Nutella, coated in chocolate glaze, and topped with crunchy hazelnuts for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 180ml milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 7g yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200g Nutella
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 100g hazelnuts, crushed
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, then add milk, egg, and butter to form dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth and let rise until doubled.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into rounds.
  5. Fry until golden brown and drain.
  6. Fill with Nutella, dip in melted chocolate, and sprinkle hazelnuts.
  7. Let set slightly and serve.
