Ingredients

250g plain sweet biscuits (e.g., Digestives or Graham crackers)

395g sweetened condensed milk

85g (1 cup) desiccated coconut

25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder

130g (1 1/2 cups) extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
Conventional Method

Crush biscuitsย into fine crumbs using a food processor, blender, or rolling pin. Transfer to a large bowl.

Mixย in cocoa powder, coconut, and condensed milk until fully combined.

Rollย heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls, then coat in extra coconut.

Chillย in an airtight container for 1 hour (or enjoy straight away!). Stores forย 2 weeksย in the fridge orย 2 monthsย frozen.
Thermomix Method

Crush biscuitsย in the Thermomix (Speed 8, 10 sec). Scrape bowl.

Addย cocoa, coconut, and condensed milk. Mix (Reverse, Speed 4, 10 sec). Repeat if needed.

Rollย into balls, coat in coconut, and store as above.

No food processor?ย Place biscuits in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
