Ingredients
For the crust:

200g Oreos (about 18 whole cookies)

45g melted butter
For the cheesecake filling:

500g cream cheese, room temperature

200g Nutella

50g powdered sugar

200g heavy whipping cream (35% fat)
For the Nutella center:

150g Nutella (freeze in a disc)
For decoration:

150g Nutella, melted

4 Oreos, crushed (biscuit only)
Instructions

Make the Nutella Disk:
On parchment paper, spread 150g Nutella into a round disc the size of your cake pan. Freeze until firm. -
Prepare the Crust:
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Set aside. -
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese and 200g Nutella until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the Nutella mixture in two additions until smooth and fluffy. -
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour half the filling over the crust. Add the frozen Nutella disc on top. Pour the remaining filling over and smooth the surface. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, to set completely. -
Decorate:
Once set, melt 150g Nutella and drizzle over the cheesecake. Crush 4 Oreos and press into the sides. -
Serve:
Carefully remove from pan, slice, and enjoy!

Store Leftovers:
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze slices for up to 3 months and thaw overnight before serving.
Notes
For a firmer texture, freeze the cheesecake slightly before slicing. Use a hot knife to slice cleanly. You can substitute the Oreo crust with graham crackers if preferred.
