Description

This No Bake Nutella Cheesecake is a rich, creamy, chocolate-loverโ€™s dream! With an Oreo crust, silky Nutella cream cheese filling, and a hidden Nutella center, itโ€™s the ultimate dessert with no oven required. Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 200g Oreos (about 18 whole cookies)

  • 45g melted butter

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 500g cream cheese, room temperature

  • 200g Nutella

  • 50g powdered sugar

  • 200g heavy whipping cream (35% fat)

For the Nutella center:

  • 150g Nutella (freeze in a disc)

For decoration:

  • 150g Nutella, melted

  • 4 Oreos, crushed (biscuit only)


Instructions

  • Make the Nutella Disk:
    On parchment paper, spread 150g Nutella into a round disc the size of your cake pan. Freeze until firm.

  • Prepare the Crust:
    Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Set aside.

  • Make the Filling:
    In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese and 200g Nutella until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the Nutella mixture in two additions until smooth and fluffy.

  • Assemble the Cheesecake:
    Pour half the filling over the crust. Add the frozen Nutella disc on top. Pour the remaining filling over and smooth the surface.

  • Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, to set completely.

  • Decorate:
    Once set, melt 150g Nutella and drizzle over the cheesecake. Crush 4 Oreos and press into the sides.

  • Serve:
    Carefully remove from pan, slice, and enjoy!

  • Store Leftovers:
    Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze slices for up to 3 months and thaw overnight before serving.


Notes

For a firmer texture, freeze the cheesecake slightly before slicing. Use a hot knife to slice cleanly. You can substitute the Oreo crust with graham crackers if preferred.
