Description

These No Bake Individual PB&J Cheesecake Parfaits are a quick, protein-packed treat that combines creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and your favorite jam. Layered in individual cups, they’re perfect for a snack, dessert, or portion-controlled indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5.3 oz) fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp cheesecake filling
  • 1 Tbsp PB2 powder
  • 1 Tbsp jam, jelly, or fruit preserves
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Optional toppings: PB&J pretzel crumbs, fresh fruit, peanuts, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cheesecake filling, and PB2 powder until smooth and well combined.
  2. In individual serving glasses or jars, spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  3. Add a layer of jam or fruit preserves on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Add a drizzle or small dollop of peanut butter over the jam layer.
  5. Repeat layers if desired until the cup is filled.
  6. Top with optional toppings such as crushed pretzels, fresh fruit, or peanuts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.
