- 1 Tbsp PB2 powder
- 1 Tbsp jam, jelly, or fruit preserves
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- Optional toppings: PB&J pretzel crumbs, fresh fruit, peanuts, etc.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cheesecake filling, and PB2 powder until smooth and well combined.
- In individual serving glasses or jars, spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture.
- Add a layer of jam or fruit preserves on top of the yogurt layer.
- Add a drizzle or small dollop of peanut butter over the jam layer.
- Repeat layers if desired until the cup is filled.
- Top with optional toppings such as crushed pretzels, fresh fruit, or peanuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.
