Description

Ninja Foodi Sweet Teriyaki Beef Tips are tender, juicy chunks of beef simmered in a sticky-sweet teriyaki, soy, and honey glaze—perfect served over a bed of warm rice for a quick and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef tips or beef stew meat
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Ninja Foodi and set to sauté mode.
  2. Add the beef tips and sear until browned on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef tips and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Close the lid, set the Ninja Foodi to pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
  6. Once done, allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together corn starch and cold water to make a slurry.
  8. Switch Ninja Foodi back to sauté mode, stir in the slurry, and cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce saltiness.
  • Add steamed broccoli or snow peas for a complete meal.
  • Adjust sweetness by using less honey if desired.
